WHAT IT IS

What xFalcon is, and who it is for

What is xFalcon?

xFalcon is an AI analyst for your business data. Ask a question or choose an area to explore, then review the findings and the data behind them. It connects to your warehouse with read-only access and can create dashboards, briefings, slides and workbooks.

Who is xFalcon for?

Finance, operations and data teams who want to explore business questions, understand their numbers and share the results.

How is xFalcon different from pointing a language model at my database?

xFalcon adds shared metric definitions, source details, reports, access controls and approval records around the AI model. Your team can use and review the same business rules across questions.

What does xFalcon produce besides an answer in chat?

Dashboards, business briefings, quarterly review slides and Excel workbooks. Each is created when you ask. Saved reports query live data when reopened.

YOUR DATA

Your data, and where the platform runs

Does xFalcon copy or move my warehouse data?

No. xFalcon queries your warehouse where it lives. Iseyon holds no replica of your warehouse. The platform stores schema metadata, definitions, memories, query history and audit events. Files you upload are also stored.

Can xFalcon write to my warehouse?

No. Queries are read-only, and write commands are blocked before reaching your database. Actions in other systems go through tools you connect, with approval controls.

Which data warehouses does xFalcon connect to?

Read-only connections to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Postgres, SQL Server and Oracle, plus CSV and Excel upload at gigabyte scale. No data movement.

Where does xFalcon run?

Choose Iseyon-managed hosting on AWS or a signed installer in your own cloud or datacentre. Self-hosting supports offline, air-gapped environments. We agree on hosting during the initial setup review.

Is xFalcon SOC 2 certified?

Not today. SOC 2 Type II controls are in place and generating evidence, but no report has been issued yet. Row-level security protects xFalcon's own database. See the security page for details on encryption, access and logging.

TRUST AND GOVERNANCE

Trusting the answer, and controlling the action

How do I know an xFalcon answer is right?

Open the answer to see its SQL, source tables and definitions. xFalcon flags empty or incomplete results, and deep investigations cross-check findings from more than one angle. You can review the evidence before using the result.

What happens when two people define a metric differently?

Agree on a definition once and xFalcon uses it in future questions. Previous versions are kept, so you can check what a metric meant at an earlier date.

Can xFalcon take actions in my other systems?

Yes, through MCP servers you connect. Calls ask for approval by default and record the decision. An approval covers the exact action you reviewed; changed arguments require a new decision.

Can the audit log be edited?

xFalcon offers no way to edit or delete entries. Admins can review tool calls, approvals and denials in an append-only log.

Does xFalcon monitor my data or run reports on a schedule?

No. Investigations and reports run when you ask. A deep investigation starts after you approve its plan. Saved reports query live data when reopened.

WORKING WITH IT

Clients, models and files

Does xFalcon work with Claude Desktop and other MCP clients?

Yes. Connect Claude Desktop or another MCP client to xFalcon using OAuth 2.1 or a scoped API key. xFalcon also works with the MCP servers you connect.

Which AI models does xFalcon use?

Choose Anthropic, OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including one you host. Use your own key or Iseyon-managed access. You can review usage and cost for each answer and set token budgets.

Can I analyze spreadsheets and CSV files with xFalcon?

Yes. Upload CSV and Excel files at gigabyte scale and ask questions in plain English. Each upload catalog is private to its owner.

What if my team does not run an MCP client?

Use xFalcon Chat to ask questions and review approvals. Admins manage users, data sources and shared business rules in one console.

DEPLOYMENT AND PRICING

What it takes, and what it costs

How long does an xFalcon deployment take?

4-6 weeks for one or two subject areas. Week 0 is an architecture review and a read-only credential. Weeks 1 to 4 go from schema discovery to a live portal. Weeks 5 and 6 build the delivery formats and hand over with a runbook and trained users.

What do we need to provide for a deployment?

A read-only data connection, a data owner, two hours to explain your business rules, metric owners, a person to approve the setup and a security contact.

How much does xFalcon cost?

Pricing starts at $1,300 a month for 10 users on the Starter tier: a fixed platform fee plus $10 per user, no metered queries, no viewer licenses. Setup is a one-time fee and AI model usage is billed separately.

Is there a trial or proof of concept?

Yes. A $3,500 proof of concept runs 2-4 weeks on one subject area of your own data, with up to five test users and an ROI assessment. The fee is credited in full toward installation when you proceed.

Who builds xFalcon?

Iseyon, a data and analytics consultancy. xFalcon grew from its work helping teams build data platforms, define metrics and create reports.
