A consultancy got tired of being the missing piece.
xFalcon is built by Iseyon Analytics, a data and analytics consultancy. The product came out of the consulting work, not the other way round.
How it happened
Four steps, over several years of engagements

It started as consulting work
Iseyon builds enterprise data platforms: warehouse foundations on Snowflake and Databricks, governed semantic models, and the reporting layer on top of them. That is still most of what the firm does.

The same failure kept turning up
Across engagements the blocker was rarely the tooling. Nobody could answer a question end to end without a person in the loop who happened to know which column was the real one, which metric could not be averaged, and which join would fall over in production.

That knowledge lived in people
It was in the heads of two or three staff per client, and it left when they did. Every new dashboard re-learned it, usually incorrectly, and every disagreement about a number was really a disagreement about a definition nobody had written down.

xFalcon is that knowledge as software
The definitions become governed objects, the checks run before an answer is given rather than after somebody notices, and the reasoning stays attached to the result. What used to be a person is now a system you can audit.
Why governance
The part consulting taught us
- An agent that can act on a warehouse is only useful if someone is accountable for what it did.
- That accountability is a product decision, not a policy document: approval before the action, and a record of it afterwards.
- We build it that way because we have been the people in the room when a number turned out to be wrong.
Iseyon Analytics
Iseyon still does the consulting work: platform builds, migrations, and the governance groundwork that has to exist before any of this is worth attempting. If your foundation is not there yet, a product will not rescue it, and we would rather say so early.
