Methodology. Two OTD views coexist: (1) DIM_SUPPLIER.ON_TIME_DELIVERY_PCT is a supplier-scorecard metric (T1 95%, T2 87%, T3 79%). (2) PO-level OTD from FACT_PARTS_SUPPLY.ON_TIME_FLAG averages ~63% across tiers — reflecting tighter "on or before promised date" measurement. Both are valid; the scorecard is used for vendor management and the PO-level for operational tracking. Sole-source = parts with a single qualified supplier (IS_SOLE_SOURCE).
