Source of truth: Every formula on this page corresponds to a query in QUERY_TEMPLATES.sql and a chart on one or more dashboards. If you find a discrepancy, the dashboard build is wrong — file an issue against the kit, not against this reference.

Direction convention: "Higher is better" means an upward trend is positive (e.g., revenue, ARPU, completion). "Lower is better" applies to losses (churn, late-pay rate, rebuffers).
